Journal of Law & Medicine

About the Journal of Law & Medicine

All members of the College receive a subscription to the Journal of Law and Medicine (JLM) as part of their membership benefits, except for Student and Honorary members.

Most members have access to the online Journal which is the College's preferred method. You may opt for a hard copy subscription instead for an additional fee, however the online Journal gives access to a wider number of resources besides the Journal.

The JLM is published by ThomsonReuters, and access to the online version is via the WestLaw platform. ACLM manages our members' subscriptions to the JLM.

When you become a member, you will receive a "Welcome to Westlaw" email prompting you to set up your online access by creating a login. Once set up, please follow these steps to find the Journal of Law & Medicine:

  1. 1
Log in here - Westlaw Australia Sign on
  2. 2
Once you log in, enter any text in "Client ID" field
  3. 3
    Click "Start a new session"
  4. 4
